Flexi-Boarding and Occasional Boarding

For Day pupils, there are two options for overnight Boarding to support family and school commitments.

Regular Flexi-Boarding guarantees your child the same Boarding House bed

Flexi-Boarding is where you can pre-select the specific night(s) each week to board across an entire term – this can be just one night or up to four nights. Booked termly in advance, your son or daughter is guaranteed the same bed in the same House on the relevant night(s) at our Senior School. If the four-night Flexi-Boarding option is taken, we can guarantee the bed-space is just for the pupil who is Flexi-Boarding. Although the initial Flexi-Boarding commitment is for a fixed number of night(s), this does not have to be for consecutive nights (e.g., a pupil committing to the ‘two night’ option might stay Mondays and Thursdays each week). The Flexi-Boarding option is renewed every term by you. For details on the cost, please see our Schedule of Fees.

Occasional Boarding – an Overnight Stay in one of our Boarding Houses

In addition to the Flexi-Boarding, Wycliffe also offers Occasional Boarding for those parents wishing to book a space on an ad hoc basis. With Occasional Boarding, you should note that the same bed in the same House is not guaranteed. For details on the cost, please see our Schedule of Fees. To book a place or for more information, please contact your son or daughter’s Housemaster and Housemistress.

Weekends are great fun and, though Boarders are allowed out, there tends to be an inflow of Day pupils staying for special activities rather than a general exodus.
