At Wycliffe we are conscious that affordability for our current and prospective families is vitally important. We work hard to keep our fees as low as possible whilst maintaining all that makes a Wycliffe education so outstanding.
In September 2027, our Prep School will become Wycliffe College Junior for children in Nursery to Year 6 and, ahead of that transition, we have realigned our fees in those Junior year groups to ensure we offer one of the most competitive and best value for money educations in Gloucestershire. Fees across those year groups in 2026-27 have decreased by between 6.3% and 10.2%.
We have also been able, despite ongoing inflationary and cost pressures, through prudent financial management, to limit fee increases in our Nursery, Years 7, 8 and 10 to 13 to between 3.4 to 3.6% for 2026-27. Fees for Year 9 have been frozen.

Wycliffe College Prep is open for day pupils between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, and there are no additional charges for any meals, or before and after-school care. There is a comprehensive clubs and activities programme at the end of the teaching day, from 4:40pm to 5:30pm. Sports fixtures are generally played on a Wednesday afternoon. Our boarders head ‘home’ after the main school day and there is comprehensive care for them during the week and on weekends from our dedicated boarding team in Pennrush House, located on our Senior campus.
At Wycliffe College Senior School, day pupils benefit immeasurably from the presence of our boarding community. Our school is open seven days a week, 24 hours a day during term time. Our day fee is all inclusive and pupils may attend breakfast and dinner alongside boarders each day should they wish. All pupils are provided a hot, three course lunch together in the dining hall. Each day, there is a full programme of co-curricular activities from 4:30pm to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, and day pupils are able to remain at school should they wish to complete any prep work and have supper in the Dining Hall. Most school buses depart at 6:30pm.

Eligible children may access their funded Early Years Entitlement free of charge. We accept the Government’s Early Years Education Funding for eligible children.
Funded hours are available free of charge and parents are not required to purchase additional sessions, meals, activities or services to access their funded entitlement. Optional additional services may be available at additional cost.

Alongside our 2026-27 fees, we are introducing a recognition for families who recommend Wycliffe to others. Where a new pupil joins the College following a parent introduction, both families will receive a £500 credit towards fees. This reflects the importance of our parent community in shaping the College, and the role many of you already play in supporting its continued growth. This new initiative is in addition to the support we already offer families including sibling discount, Nursery loyalty discount and access to scholarships and means-tested bursary awards.
