We welcome children from the age of 3–7 into our Pre-Prep School, giving them a head start on their educational journey. Our Reception Class provides the perfect environment for children to thrive and sets the foundations of learning before pupils move on up to Year 1 and Year 2. All of our class sizes are small, meaning each and every child gets the individualised attention they deserve.
We want to help you understand our School and the wonderful teaching journey our youngest pupils embark on.

We understand that the early years of education are crucial in laying the foundation for lifelong learning and development. Therefore, we have dedicated ourselves to providing a well-rounded curriculum that balances academic rigor with play-based learning, ensuring that your child develops essential skills in a joyful and engaging manner.

In the key development years from Pre-school to Year 2, we offer the best in care and educational provision with first-class facilities and small classes taught by specialist Early Years teachers. Music, Art, PE and daily outdoor learning are encouraged come rain or shine, while Forest School is included for all as part of the curriculum as is swimming (for pre-Reception year children onwards). Children learn and play on a broad range of subjects to ensure they develop a well-rounded educational foundation, and they continue with many of these subjects as they transition to the Prep School in Year 3.
A happy child learns, and we firstly focus on ensuring your child feels happy, safe and settled, and then they will learn more effectively and productively.
Through stimulating classroom teaching and new challenges both indoors and outside, our pupils are happy and enjoy school.
Our 8am to 6pm Wraparound Care includes clubs, activities and supervised free-play along with hot (breakfast only) and cold refreshments – all included in the Fee.
We looked at several schools in the area but it was the exceptional level of nurturing and care in the Early Years setting that really appealed to us.
