Jody has spent in excess of 20 years defining and delivering technology strategy, across numerous people focused service businesses, both across the UK and internationally.

Jody has spent in excess of 20 years defining and delivering technology strategy, across numerous people focused service businesses, both across the UK and internationally.

Currently Chief Information Officer for Reconomy Group, a large sustainability focused business delivering technology enabled solutions to support the circular economy. In his current executive role, Jody has overall responsibility for the technology, strategy and delivery across a 4,000 employee strong business, as well as supporting its aggressive mergers & acquisitions agenda that has seen the business quadruple in size over the last four years.  Jody has extensive leadership, strategic and private equity backed board-level experience holding numerous leadership and non-executive roles where he has gained deep expertise delivering business strategy, management and advisory support, assisting organisations from start-up to those at enterprise scale.

Jody was educated at King Alfred School in Hampstead, studied Mechanical Engineering at Swansea University and has numerous professional qualifications including being both Microsoft and Prince 2 certified. In 2012, Jody was made a Fellow of the British Computer Society, and his technology and digitisation strategies have been recognised internationally by winning the Queen’s Award 2021 and being named in the top 100 of CIOs in 2022.  In his spare time, Jody is an avid skier and cyclist. He lives locally to Wycliffe, and supports both his children, who are elite rowers.
